This is not a documentation mirror. Official docs tell you how to perform a task. This guide explains what Qumulo is, how the architecture actually works, where it fits and where it does not, and how to discover, design, explain, compare, and defend a solution in front of a customer.

Learn mode

Work the curriculum in sequence. Each module builds a mechanism first, then connects it to what a customer actually cares about, then makes you apply it.

Module 3 is the spine. Everything else in the guide assumes the metadata engine and the block store, so it is the honest starting point even though it is not numbered first.
